I consider myself mainly a self-taught artist. My work is mostly representational, but sometimes with an exciting twist. I like them to be both atmospheric and with an emotional charge. I love painting the human form and discovering the kaleidoscope of colours therein. My paintings can be found in private collections around the world as well as all over the UK. Portraits, Architectural Studies, Landscapes, Seascapes, Still Life and Life Drawing, to Imaginative Creations and even the odd Abstract. Executed in various mediums including: Oil, Acrylic, Watercolour and Pastel, plus mixed media or Pencil Crayons and Charcoal. I enjoy the freedom to paint what I like in a representational style in a variety of mediums.
